Electronic Application for Registration Information Changes and Validity Period Renewals

Please review the following information.

・Only middle school students and older residing in Shimonoseki City who have registered for use (within the valid period) can submit electronic applications.

  In the case of a change of address, the new address must also be within Shimonoseki City.

・Registration renewals can be applied for between 28 days prior to the expiration date and the expiration date itself.

・It takes at least one day from the time we receive your application until the procedure is completed.

  If you are in a hurry or plan to visit the library soon, please complete the procedure at the library (including branch libraries) or at the library materials pickup counter.

・At the time of application, you must attach a photo or PDF of a document confirming your address, name, and year of birth (such as a driver's license or My Number Card).

・When borrowing library materials for the first time at a library (including branch libraries) or library materials pickup counter after completing the electronic application process, Please bring a document confirming your address, name, and year of birth and present it at the counter.
