Regarding Electronic Applications for User Registration

Please review the following information.

・Only middle school students and older residing in Shimonoseki City who are registering for the first time to use the Shimonoseki City Public Library may apply electronically.

・For those who register for use via electronic application, a user number will be notified upon completion of the procedure, but no physical user card will be issued.

・It takes at least one day from the time we receive your application until the procedure is completed.

 If you are in a hurry or plan to visit the library soon, please complete the procedure at the library (including branch libraries) or at the library materials pickup counter.

・At the time of application, you must attach a photo or PDF of a document verifying your address, name, and date of birth (such as a driver's license or My Number Card).

・When borrowing library materials for the first time at a library (including branch libraries) or library materials pickup counter after completing the electronic application process, Please bring a document that verifies your address, name, and date of birth, and present it at the counter.
